Every Year the same, right now the north is unhealthy with a heavy Haze..
Mostly poor farmers burn their fields to tidy up after the rice harvest, then the wind pick up and it get out of hand… big time. About 2weeks ago we where hit when a few Rai and 20000 plants where burnt down. I had a look today…it’s sad, 2 years of hardship spoiled in a moment.
The tallest trees had reached about 5meters in 2 years, now all is wasted, grrr…
But there is hope, looks like where there was one tree, a few new ones are about to sprout…
Now we have to wait for the next rain in a few months, before we know what to do?? Probably have to cut all the dead wood… that should keep me busy for a while..
