Its time to wind down… wake up with the sounds from the temple, as the monks ring in a new day with their soft bells… The sun brakes over the mountain and the village wakes up. Breakfast on the poolside with your toes in the water. Accompanied by colorful butterflies and tropical birds.. some how you know its gona be a good day.

Blev en heldag i gymmet. Kroppen funkar fint/trivs nar det ar varm o fuktigt.
Installerade (believe it) tio stycken fagelbad i omgivningen. Det ar manga som trivs i tradgarden… Sista badet slog jag av vattenledningen, blev te rormocka lite i skymmningen. Sen paja elen.. Kan bli en varm mork natt… fatt igan 2 rum = 1 a/c & 1 fan
Träsk trollen trivs ikväll 200% luftfuktighet & +25C just nu kl 21:00. The dogs har just gatt pa nattskiftet. Verkar lite nervosa.

Imagine the fragrance of Jasmine add a Royal touch and you have the Frangipani-LeeLawadee-Plumeria-Pagoda Tree-Temple Tree…you name it.
Plumeria, commonly called the Frangipani Tree, has acquired mystical status in Southeast Asia. It is an ornamental tree with scented flowers that is easy to grow.
Plumeria trees have VERY beautiful scented flowers and an all year appeal.
Here in Thailand it is known as Lanthom or LeeLawadee. It is believed that Plumeria, when named Lanthom, is unlucky to have in a house but once it has been renamed LeeLawadee it is perfectly acceptable. Buddhist Monks use the Plumeria or Temple Tree in their religious rituals.
Ympad Boganvilla…Okey da jag vet att den heter Bougainvillea… men pa fri Svenska blir det Boganvilla.. och don’t forget Bougainvilleas grow thorns on their branches, they r toxic to the touch. Like most plants here in the jungle, long spikes or razor sharp blades, weed like barbwire, but not to worry some newer varieties of bougainvillea are nearly thornless.
I am filling the pool as I write this…
Vattnet steg med en hel meter i fiskdammen, nar jag pumpade ur poolen. Trodde fisken skulle bli kokt for vattnet var varm. Fast bara 1 strok med.

Happines could be.. when u wake up 3 in the morning… Jetlegged and hard to sleep, u r pretty sure the fridge is empty, have a quick look anyway and woala what u find… a molded HushallsOst, och i frysen ligger nagra skivor fruset fullkorns brod. Nu galler det bara att hitta osthyveln for att trimma mogel kanterna. Nar jag sen hittar en pase med EarlGrey ar lyckan gjord… Good things in life are simple… I start up the open office and hang around long enough to watch as the sun is coming up over my pool cleaning project. The soft bells from the temple ring in a new day…

When the rest of the cottage wake up I get served freshly picked and cut Annanas, Papaya/Lime, & Mango… It’s already a lovely day.
